Con nuestro sistema necesitarás menos logística y personal. Podrás incluso delegar la entrega a terceros y establecer puntos de entrega distribuidos en tiendas deportivas o comercios de tu entorno.
Características
Inscripciones abiertas hasta el último segundo.
Un participante podrá inscribirse y recoger su dorsal al momento. Esto permite alargar las inscripciones hasta minutos antes del inicio del evento.
Necesitaréis menos personal y espacio.
Nuestro sistema os permitirá asignar el dorsal en el momento de la recogida. Esto simplifica el proceso ya que no hará falta una tercera persona que busque el dorsal preasignado. La misma persona podrá identificar al participante y hacerle la entrega.
Entregas más rápidas.
El tiempo necesario para cada entrega se reduce a la mínima expresión. Ya no es necesario encontrar el dorsal preasignado. Simplemente se entrega el siguiente dorsal disponible.
Puntos de entrega distribuidos.
Podréis flexibilizar al máximo los lugares de entrega. Ya no es necesario que estén todos los dorsales en el mismo punto lo cual permite diseñar muchas estrategias y establecer puntos de entrega distribuidos.
Delega la entrega a terceros.
Podréis delegar la entrega a tiendas deportivas y centros comerciales para que realicen las entregas desde varios días antes del evento. Ellos estarán encantados de que les llevéis potenciales clientes a sus instalaciones.
Con esto podréis reducir sensiblemente el número de entregas a realizar el día del evento.
Elimina el papel.
Podréis buscar al participante rápidamente por nombre, apellidos, DNI o por el código de inscripción. Olvídaros de los farragosos listados en papel.
Datos sincronizados.
Inscripciones, entrega de dorsales, cronometraje y clasificaciones sincronizados entre sí para que no tengáis que enviar datos entre distintas plataformas y aplicaciones.
Tarifas
Te facturaremos un coste fijo en concepto de configuración de la herramienta y un coste variable por inscrito. Las tarifas son las siguientes:
